Today my pregnant wife placed an online order for pick up and it was updated ready for pick up. Spoiler: it was not ready. She then waited for 2 hour for them to finally be ready and load up. Absolutely defeats the purpose and inconvenienced a pregnant woman in the cold. This business seems to favor automation over customer satisfaction. I called and a manager hung up on me once I mentioned the situation. Poorly managed man power and no sense of urgency to correct anything at all. Maybe Weis down the street will treat our family better. All giants lost our business after today.
