  We had a party of 9, four checks. Place was dead slow and our waitress was horrible. Could not keep track of what was on each ticket, we had two plates that were not delivered until all others were done eating and that was afterwards inquired on them twice! Got the tickets mixed again when it was time to leave. Asked for to go boxes for three plates, a pizza and the two late delivery plates. Never did get them, asked again,nothing. Went to storefront ang got them ourselves. She never looked up. The real issue was atrocious service and we had to pay the mandated tip because we were a large party. Had they been busy might have been a bit more tolerant but the place was basically empty. Management you need to do better! If your staff is not competent, or comfortable, working the floor solo they should not be doing so. Then you charge a mandatory tip and they get reward for doing an absolutely scrap job.

  Great location, pleanty of parking for easy in/out access. Food is always on par, large menu with plenty to choose from. Staff are super polite and courteous. Kitchen wait times is the reason for 4-stars....A Saturday night can be difficult for any restaurant... we will return!

  This Lusby ledos is the worst! Ordered a pre cooked bacon pizza and sent my daughter to get it and she came home with a cheese pizza that didn't look great. I called them and they acted like no big deal and they were more concerned about getting their cheese pizza back first. Had to send my daughter all the way back. They also wanted to use the pizza we got and throw bacon on it. No, I don't think so! I paid for a fresh precooked bacon pizza and thats what I should get. Not a cold one with bacon thrown on top. Absolutely ridiculous!! This is the last time we go here. It's always something with this location and I am done. The prices you pay, the food should not be over cooked and have to deal with nonsense. It's not hard to read when it clearly says bacon on receipt 🙄 Now our other food is cold dealing with them.

  We have been regular customers here for a long time, usually dining in or getting takeout a couple times a week. Unfortunately, the last several experiences have been consistently disappointing. This evening was especially frustrating. The restaurant was very slow, with only two or three other tables occupied, yet it took an extremely long time for our food to come out. When it did arrive, our appetizer was brought out at the same time as our main meal, which defeats the purpose of ordering an appetizer in the first place. The pizza itself was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting for quite a while. One of the servers did offer to reheat it, but after waiting so long already, we just ate it as it was. It was not the hot, fresh pizza we expect from Ledo’s. Other items were also incorrect or incomplete. Pickles were missing from our order, and the fries were not seasoned at all. Nearly everything had some sort of issue. We did not complain during the meal, but the problems were hard to overlook. This has unfortunately become a pattern. The previous time we ordered takeout, we were given the wrong pizza and had to come back to have it corrected. Service has been slow and inconsistent for several visits now. We used to enjoy this location and came often, but after multiple disappointing experiences in a row, this will likely be our last visit. We hope management can take note and work on improving both service and food quality.
