They were busy chatting about everything but work. No one asked to help me. After several minutes another customer came in and was quickly serviced at the donut counter. I looked at the girls, shook my head any walked out. On a positive note, they saved me five hundred calories. Not the way to run a business.

I asked if the ice cream would be available soon and one employee said ya soon. I asked how long and they said really soon and I could wait. Then some lady comes yelling out the back saying whoa no I won't be ready for another 45 mins and you can wait if you want in the most condescending tone the. Proceeds to yell at her colleagues.

Rather than refund the order, they gave us extra scoops of ice cream. I wasn't really interested in extra scoops of plain vanilla ice cream but didn't want to hold up the line further. Out of the four people in the group, all disliked the taste of the ice cream we had and those with waffle cones said they were stale. One had paper on the inside of the cone, which was pretty shocking and annoying to bite into. Poor customer service, bad ice cream. Not at all the Baskin Robbins experience I grew up with.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
