I bought a coffee and, just minutes after leaving the drive-thru, it spilled all over me. I returned immediately and politely asked the employee, Vera, if she could remake the drink. Instead of helping, she was rude, combative, and accusatory, telling me people “always lie” about spills and that she wouldn’t remake the drink. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused and closed the window on me. I couldn’t go inside because my infant was in the car, yet she gave me no alternative and continued to be unprofessional. She even initially refused to give the store number when I asked. I love Dunkin’, but this level of customer service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location until the staff is trained to treat customers with basic respect.
