  This is the second time I went to this location and neither time was good..the order taker is always rude and pushy. I get to the window to get my coffee and ask if they put sugar and cream in the coffee because I was never asked they told me yes. I get down the road to find out my coffee is black, no cream no sugar. But honestly I have this experience at most Dunkin’

  Went back because I get the frozen chocolate I went back because it didnt taste right the guy refuse to give me a refund then said let me make it if its not right ill gi e you a refund I said no ill just take the refund went down the street to nursery rd one and they never disappoint always on point and this is how its made coco on top and all this location on camp meade trys to do short cuts I wouldn't recommend going there take that extra 2 minute drive my picture is the one I purchased on nursery rd perfect

  Coffee was kinda chopped. But the turkey sausage wrap I got was gas, and the service was peak.

  I’ve been a daily Dunkin’ customer for years, often visiting once or twice a day, but my experience at the Linthicum, MD location (Store #349203) today was extremely disappointing. I bought a coffee and, just minutes after leaving the drive-thru, it spilled all over me. I returned immediately and politely asked the employee, Vera, if she could remake the drink. Instead of helping, she was rude, combative, and accusatory, telling me people “always lie” about spills and that she wouldn’t remake the drink. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused and closed the window on me. I couldn’t go inside because my infant was in the car, yet she gave me no alternative and continued to be unprofessional. She even initially refused to give the store number when I asked. I love Dunkin’, but this level of customer service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location until the staff is trained to treat customers with basic respect.
