  My daughter and I stopped in for a donut and the gentleman at the counter absolutely made her day! She got to pick a special donut. Her smile was huge! Sometimes its the simplest things that make a huge difference.

  If possible, I would give zero stars this location has the worst customer service, especially if a little Indian girl with glasses is working the window. She is very rude. Disrespectful and unprofessional. I have had personally two encounters with the same individual. I wish I could report her, but unfortunately, I think this is a privately owned Franchise and I don’t think that that is going to be possible this particular individual I have had two incidents with her approximately eight months apart, both times when my card was unable to work because of fraud alerts she proceeded to have an attitude and mumble under her breath and then when I ask her what she says, she proceeds to tell me that I’m broke. I have no money and that’s not her problem. She should not be working here at all then she wants to get smart with my child who is only 10 years old I will never go here ever again, which is a shame because this was one of my favorite locations to go to, but I will go somewhere else. I’ll give them my money because she is so rude and unprofessional and if possible I will try filing a formal complaint cause she has no business working here or anywhere else for that matter.

  Had lunch with some colleagues next door and realized I needed a cup of coffee to revive my brain before getting back on the road. Conveniently, there was a Dunkin attached, so we wandered over for a quick caffeine rescue. It was that weird afternoon time of day where it was snowing outside but not quite busy inside. No drive-thru, no crowd, and the place was completely empty. Honestly, it felt like we had stumbled into a private Dunkin experience. The best part? The coffee was still fresh. No sad, burnt pot that had been sitting there since sunrise. Just a solid, hot cup of joy that did exactly what coffee is supposed to do: wake you up and make life slightly more manageable. We grabbed our cups, enjoyed a few minutes of good conversation and fellowship, and then hit the road refreshed and ready to go. Bonus points to the team for keeping the coffee fresh even during the quiet hours. Sometimes all you need is a good cup of coffee and a moment to reset. This place delivered exactly that.
