I noticed an extra $4 charge on my bill and asked the male associate if it was for guacamole, but he couldn’t give me a clear answer. When I checked the receipt, I saw I had been charged for extra chicken that I never received. I went back to question the charge, and instead of addressing it professionally, he demanded that I bring my bowl back so he could “verify” it. The next thing I knew, he was rummaging through my food trying to find this so-called extra chicken—which, of course, didn’t exist. How about trusting the customer instead of digging through their meal? I did get a refund, but not a single word of apology from the associate or the Manager for the mistake or the rude behavior. Because of this experience alone, this location earns a one-star review.

I went back in and the heavy set hispanic girl said she was the manager 🙄🙄🙄 She said the other side where they make online orders is hot because its used more??? Apparently the aisle where you order food has frozen everything No apology just gave me my refund for the bowl. She charged me for my soda which was useless because I had no food to go with. TRASH FOOD TRASH SERVICE TRASH wannabe MANAGER
