  I usually have a great experience at this store, which is why I wanted to bring today’s experience to your attention. Today, March 30, 2026, the line was very long, with customers waiting patiently both in person and for online orders. One employee, a woman with black hair that had blonde tips and glasses, was handling all customer orders by herself. She was taking walk-in orders while also preparing the online orders, and several customers who had placed online orders were waiting for their food. At the same time, another employee, a white male with brown curly hair wearing his hair in a low bun and a backwards cap, appeared to be slowly checking inventory while the line was nearly out the door. During this rush, he also went to the bathroom instead of assisting the employee who was clearly overwhelmed and doing her best to keep up with the volume of orders. I later learned there was another employee in the back as well who was also not assisting. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and, more importantly, unfair to the employee who was working hard to serve everyone on her own. She remained professional and continued helping customers despite not receiving support from the other staff members present. I wanted to share this because I usually have a positive experience at this location, and this situation stood out as concerning.

  Great service! Manager Yasmina and staff are very friendly, efficient and caring. I stop by this location very often because I live and work nearby. I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend this location. From the cleanliness, to the service and atmosphere the staff create. The manager Yasmina is very attentive and always offers me promotions and gives me suggestions. I highly recommend this Subway location.

  I am not the typical person to leave a review but the change in management at this location has been a wonderful thing. I go to subway very frequently and the change to the restaurant by new manager Yasmine is incredible. She assures the store is clean and organized, as well as having Freshly stocked toppings and meat. My favorite part definitely has to be the way she gets the line moving especially on lunch rush. Anybody can appreciate a clean store, fresh food and speedy service. So they get my approval.

  Showed up at 9:45 they said they are closed !!! Sign says 10 PM !!
