The last 3, tonight being the last, times I’ve been to this location have all been incredibly disappointing. I feel like the service/quality has been hit or miss since covid but it’s not even worth the risk anymore. Sat at the stall for almost 30 minutes after checking in on the app, eventually went to the drive thru, got my food immediately. Food was okay but I received only 3 marinara cups for mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and fries. I didn’t even want marinara, and certainly didn’t get what I DID actually order. Similar situation last time as well, sat at the stall for way too long, went to the drive thru just for my order to be right there. If the stalls aren’t open, close them, instead of expecting everyone to just figure it out. The two other cars in the stalls next to me tonight ended up right behind me in the drive thru. The guy at the window was nice but that’s all of the credit I can give.

Went there today, waited at outside so long we went to drive in. Got food sandwich was wrong went inside , they tried twice to, correct sandwich , finally just took the wrong sandwich. Hire people that can comprehend the English language. Send over 45 minutes trying to get a burger.
So its April 11th, 2026 and it's 9:55pm and this girl is on the speaker with me laughing every time I say something. At the end, after I tried to shrug it off the whole time she calls someone a pendejo through the speaker. I said through the speaker "hey (lowkey laughing from the shock) watch ya mouth people can here you I know what you said." Myself and 2 cars, one in front of me and one behind me. Now I get it if she's talking to her friend and joking or whatever, but she gotta be careful talking through the speaker like that. Unfortunate that I knew what she said. I don't appreciate it. Whoever was on headset at this time should have a firm talking to because who is she talking to like that and so freely? Then, as I pull up to the window, they scramble around to get a man in the window because I guess they think I'm going to be one of *those* customers? Idk, I've managed in fast food, I'm not about to treat someone that works in it like that. I know how irritating the job can be and I sure have wanted to come out my mouth sideways at some people, but we learn very quickly we can't do that right? Anyway, the dude takes my card, charges me, then forces the card, receipt, my large limeade and my bag of food on me like he can't wait for me to put my wallet in the center console as if they hadn't had a line wrapped around the building for more than 10 minutes. Idk man, the service I usually get at this location is top notch. I'm talking I will go here because of the friendly interaction I'm not going to get elsewhere and the food is good. At this point I won't lie, I'm worried about if there's spit in my breakfast burrito or if my food has been on the floor, if it's old or what. The customer service tonight was just ridiculous. Giving the location the benefit of the doubt this time, but if I go back again and it's the same crew on that some bs, I'm not going back at all. My wallet will be happier anywhere that isn't sonic. 🤷🏾♀️
Lightning, quick service, prepared everything perfectly. We'll come back again!
