Horribly unprofessional, order was so wrong we had to complain. I mean we ordered 2 subs, 1 pasta salad, a pickle, and a brownie for $80. We were instantly argued with before we could even explain all of the mistakes. We asked for the manager because the employee that answered the phone was very aggressively arguing the first of many discrepancies. The Manager was just as bad. Very rude. We had a 16" sub that was supposed to have extra mayo that had none. Not even soggy bread where it may have soaked it up, just dry nothing on it bread and he just kept saying "I put the mayo on myself". We couldn't even get to the no bacon, sub wasn't cut in half, or the miniscule smear of Avacado on 3"s of a 16" sub. Let alone the second sub "The Gargantuan" a $30 dollar sub that we ordered extra cheese on and got 4 single slices of cheese. If that's extra what's normal? Again not cut in half, and lacked any Oil and Vinegar let alone the extra we ordered. But we never got to discuss any of that because he didnt want to hear it. He finally just asked us what we wanted. He agreed to remake them which he did so rudely, we were afraid to eat them. The only professionalism we experienced was from the delivery driver who was both polite and extremely apologetic. Kudos to him.

Absolutely Disgusted! Ordered 2 sandwiches with specific customizations. They arrived thrown together, missing ingredients (that we were charged extra for), and (minor but not the point) not cut in half. **I cut the turkey sandwich before taking the pictures**
I called the store, and before I could finish my 1st comment about the lack of avocado spread, the (male) employee interrupted me and rudely said he was the one that made the sandwich and there was a lot of avocado on it. When I stressed that was not the case, and that I also paid for extra mayonnaise and there was none, he again cut me off, raised his voice and said that wasn't true. I asked to speak to the manager.
Well, he was worse than the employee. He said HE was the one that put a "considerable" amount of mayonnaise on it. I again reiterated that there was zero mayonnaise. He agressively said, "Ma'am I know there is mayonnaise on that sub ". I never even pointed out that there was no bacon on it either.
I then made him aware that the Gargantuan was supposed to have extra cheese and it had 4 thin slices. It was supposed to have extra oil/vinegar and it was barely visible. He all but called me a liar.
When I said that I was going to call corporate and send them pictures, he said he was going to remake them and send them right away. I told him that I'd send these back so he could see them. He said, "I'll take your word for it."
20 mins later, the manager called back to say the new sandwiches were on the way. I asked if the store was a corporate or franchise and he stated a franchise. I told him that I would be contacting the owner. He said he didn't know what the issue was, he replaced the sandwiches. I told him that he all but called me a liar. He once again cut me off and rudely said, "I never said that."
I told him that I'd never order from there again. As I hung up, he snidely said something that sounded like, "good".
When the driver arrived, we turned the remade sandwiches away. With the way that they agressively responded to my complaints, I wouldn't put it past them to spit in the new subs.
