- KTKara TSep 27, 20251.0This is how our pizza arrived for delivery. It looks like the delivery driver turned the box sideways until all the toppings slid into the corner of the box. I called the restaurant to let them know that it's un-edible. The manager never apologized. I felt like I was "bothering" her. She sighed several times. I offered to give her these pizza's back. She refused and said they will get a replacement started and re-delivered as soon as they can. I've never had a problem with them before. I'm not sure what happened this time, but the customer service, especially from management, was subpar. Customer service is more than just replacing the pizza.

Like seriously!!!! Then came back a hour later with a ice cold pizza that im originally ordered as though I was going to take cold pizza and wings! And management was none! Poor customer satisfaction!

After waiting for my delivery for over a hour and half they finally tell me that a driver put it in the system that they took it out for delivery, but actually hadn't. I was told they had to make the order again and it would be another hour and half before it could be delivered. I ended up just telling them to cancel the order. I will never order from here again!
