  Every time we come here it’s a different mess of an experience. Extremely slow service and waiting for someone to take your order. Takes forever to come out. Often comes out cold or wrong. When they bring food out it’s not all at once and they just set it on the corner of your table and walk away. After a good 45 minutes food started to come out in 15 minute increments (for a table of 4). Fries came out completely unseasoned. One child’s Mac n cheese had an hard crust over the top as if it either had sat or was old. Everyone’s food came except for our child’s burger. We were told it was being made and the manager would come out. Took another 20 minutes till it came out. The manager never bothered to talk to us. The bathrooms smelled like sewage and were sticky all over the floors. I will say while the server was slow to get to us, she was very kind and apologetic. The only slightly positive part of tonight’s entire experience. We were there for two hours. We moved back here about two years ago and it’s been an issue. We try again every so often to see if it has changed, and we leave disappointed every time. I would say don’t bother.

  This location is just a mess. Me and my boyfriend waited 45 minutes for an online order we placed 20 minutes before even showing up to the restaurant. Our wings were so cold by the time we got them, don’t know how that’s even possible. The wings tasted horrible, our fries were soggy and they forgot to give us the side salad we ordered. I would never post a negative review unless I thought it was completely necessary. Save your time and money by NEVER eating at this location.

  These burgers were horrible. Zero flavor. Burger King and McDonald’s have better burgers than BWW….

  We waited an hour and food never came. Of my table of 3, one persons food came, and the other two never got anything. Super annoying becuase we were starving. Absolutely ridiculous. Waitress didn't Even come and check on us at all in that hour
