- KHKimberly HusemanNov 5, 20251.0Placed the order online and it wasn’t even started or ready when I was to pick it up at the time I selected online when I ordered. I did order 4 subs, but maybe that was a lot for only two people working behind the counter. Only two people were working which is absurd when it was dinner time- very busy, and there were quite a few people waiting in line to place orders. I waited an additional 30 minutes for curbside pickup and they originally told me when I called the establishment that I would have to come inside to pick up my order, that they were behind. That’s the whole point of doing curbside is not having to get out of your vehicle especially if you have kids, or are sick, injured, etc. Almost forgot the chips and cookies, so I made the worker go back and get what was missing. This is almost the 3rd time my chips/cookies have been missing from my order, so I make sure I check now. Just poor management to only have two workers behind the counter during the most busiest time of day for dinner. This is the first time I’ve ordered from them in several months, as the last time I ordered I found a long piece of black hair in my food. 🤮 This was a good place to eat but it seems like it’s going downhill in the last year. Sad.
