  I went in at 730 a few weeks ago and ordered the all american club. I was told that they were “out of bacon for the night”. Which I replied “So you have it but you’re not prepping it?” & the worker said “pretty much”. When I walked in it was messy, quiet and nobody greeted me upon arrival. I let that experience go. Till now. Tonight I put in a mobile order and asked for the flatbread to be toasted at which it wasn’t. Even if I used a coupon I still expect respectable service. Considering the history here. I couldn’t believe either experience. Justin and Chelsea seem to be the only ones who properly do things so evening orders will not be in my future or my coworkers.

  Yesterday I asked for extra lettuce they charged me for it and didn't give me extra lettuce and also my bread was burnt rock hard terrible service !!! 🙃 I will not be going to the laVale one ever again also my order was online order people need to learn to do the job right not hard to make a sandwich people come on 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
