- KWKimberly WatsonJan 30, 20261.0I normally enjoy Dairy Queen, but this location seriously needs to address its staffing and wait times. The wait is extremely long every single time, sometimes almost 30 minutes just for a burger. It’s to the point it’s honestly ridiculous. This is clearly not the employees faults as they are trying their best, but they are overwhelmed and stretched thin. They need more people scheduled or hire more people because the poor staff desperately needs help. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long, and employees shouldn’t be put in this position. Management needs to step up and fix this. Until then, I will be at McDonald’s.
