  I had the most terrible experience at this restaurant because of the terrible customer service. I called to place an order and was confirming that they had the toppings I wanted before I ordered a sub. The man was incredibly rude and sarcastic, saying things like, “Of course we have, we’re a…” It was very condescending and unprofessional. I politely asked him why he was being so passive-aggressive, but he yelled at me and said it wasn’t him; it was the automated system that took my order. I knew that wasn’t the case, but he was still yelling at me. I hung up because I no longer wanted to deal with him. To make matters worse, he called me back to finish his point, instead of apologizing for his rude tone. He called to argue some more and then told me to be quiet and listen to him. I hung up because I was no longer interested in the order, but the fact that he was called several times and yelled at me really bothered me. I felt threatened and disrespected. These men who work here are extremely rude, unhygienic, and disrespectful.

  This place is hit or miss. I have ordered a bunch of times and the past few months have been terrible. Whoever is in the kitchen needs to be fired. My subway was soggy, missing toppings and not toasted as requested. Also, DO NOT ORDER AFTER 6pm. That seems to be when they just stop caring. I can say I won’t be ordering from them anymore. If I do eat at THIS location it would only be bc my father has some at his house. I recommend going outside of Laurel quality pizza boils.

  i ordered a pepperoni pizza and that was missing my pepperoni topping when i complain about it the old man was so rude and disrespectful . no one know about customer service at this place. this pizza bolis is not same at it was i really disappointed . i don’t recommend this place .

  Well, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here so first of all I had heard rumors about costumer service and food like stuff but when I went there it was completely opposite like these guys are very welcoming a decent young boy took my order I ordered a large chicken fajita pizza and chicken over rice and I glad to know that they cook chicken in the oven so it's extremely healthy and fresh and the pizza was awesome so definitely it's going to be my go to place and I'm gonna recommend this to all.In addition,there was a nice mature man there who was literally giving free soda to costumer and also bag of chips to kids for free that's really appreciating.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Pizza Bolis location. They are truly not a company that values customer service. I placed an order, and waited patiently past the expected delivery time (about 2 hrs) but the pizza never arrived. During the wait time I contacted the restaurant and was told the driver was on the way. When I contacted the restaurant, again, about 30 mins after the first call, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They kept rudely telling me to look outside my door. I tried to explain that I had already done so, and the pizza was NOT outside of my house. But it was useless because their tone continued to remain dismissive. The driver then tried to describe my door and mentioned a door color that wasn’t mine. I let him know that it was the wrong house. At that point, I thought we had finally identified that the driver made a delivery mistake. Instead, the driver did not admit his mistake nor even apologize. Due to the order being placed via Uber, they simply told me to get a refund. As I was attempting to respond, I noticed they had hung up on me. Mistakes can happen with deliveries, but what really matters is how a business handles them and their treatment of the customer. In this case, there was no effort to hear my concerns respectfully, nor show any concern for the customer experience. I ended up wasting time waiting for food that never came and had to make other dinner plans.
