  System restarts at 410am but they leave their menu light on and won't take orders before then.

  I placed a mobile order through the app for drive thru but when I arrived they said they didn’t have it even after confirming I placed it at the right location. After they said there was nothing they could do, I cancelled the order in the app and went elsewhere.

  I stopped to this McDonald's because it is convenient to quickly grab something for my son. However this is the third time that I have visited this store went through the drive-thru and the lady in the Drive-Thru window that collects the money looked at me close the window and then ignored me. It was cold outside so I let my window back up and waited for her to open the window or acknowledge I was there but she glanced at me continue to look at her computer screen. But ignored me. I have reported this to McDonald's once but nothing was done about it. Because the same person in the same drive through position has ignored me three times. Not once did I get loud alluding any manner because I was trying to teach my son you get more bees with honey. I'm still waiting on a follow-up from the McDonald's on Laurel Fort Meade Highway
