  I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s inside Walmart in Laurel. After purchasing ice cream, I asked for a spoon and was told I had to pay $0.31 for it. That alone felt unnecessary, but what made it worse was the way it was handled. The manager, Waldiuo, was very condescending and dismissive. Instead of showing basic customer service or understanding, the interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. It’s not about the cost of the spoon, it’s about how customers are treated. The staff reflected that same energy, which made the whole experience frustrating. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a McDonald’s before. Customer service really matters, and this location could benefit from treating people with a little more respect and professionalism.

  Not pleasant experience as a deaf person, they took advantage of looking away to make sure we cannot get their attention, and worker hit one my slushie and it spilled, they still give it to me and walked away. Ignoring us entire time, served people who ordered after me. Time to train your employees
