    Had a great experience here. The food was really good, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall vibe was just right. What stood out the most was Sarah, the manager. She is an awesome host and made everyone feel comfortable without it feeling forced or over the top. She checked in naturally, gave helpful recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and her team. Definitely recommend this spot for a relaxed night out and will be coming back.

    I rarely write reviews but this needs to be expressed. It was just ultimately disrespectful. Extremely disappointing experience at Skyvibes. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. The host and servers were uninterested, rude, and barely acknowledged us. We were rarely checked on, and everything moved painfully slow. The biggest issue was that my mom never received her food. Her dish didn’t come out until my dad and I were already asking for to-go boxes. At that point, we declined it because we were ready to leave. Not a single apology was offered for the delay or the inconvenience. The food we did receive was underwhelming tasteless meat, very small portions, and completely not worth the high prices. I even had to ask for my water to be refilled, which should not be necessary at a restaurant like this. When we left, no one apologized, thanked us, or even acknowledged what had happened. The staff acted like nothing was wrong. Overall, terrible service and disappointing food. DO NOT COME HERE.

    This place was OK. Wasn't really greeted when got there and we sat ourselves by the bar. There wasn't a lot of diversity when it came to the music and there was no actual dj playing music, there was a tablet plugged into an aux playing a video of someone djing on YouTube. The food took a while to come out and when it did we were already ready to leave.

    📍 Restaurant Review – SkyVibe Restaurant & Lounge ⭐️⭐️ (2 out of 5) I really wanted to enjoy this place because it has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was not crowded, yet service was very slow from the start. It took a long time for our waitress to even come to the table, and when she finally did, things only went downhill. We ordered two starters, but only one came out—and it arrived after our entrees. Drinks were delayed to the point where my date had to go find the waitress himself, and we weren’t brought water until much later. My salmon was overcooked and came out cold, so it had to be replaced. The replacement, red snapper, had good flavor but was small and not hot. My date’s lamb chops were flavorful, but he was never asked how he wanted them cooked, and they arrived lukewarm. One of my cocktails was overly sweet, and we never received the spring rolls we ordered at all. The beef bites were good, but they came out very late. We also had to request utensils, which shouldn’t be necessary. The food itself shows promise, but the lack of attentiveness, poor timing, and basic service misses really took away from the experience. I’ve never felt this way before, but even with gratuity added, the service did not feel deserving. This place could be great with proper staff training and better attention to guests.

    I visited this establishment for the second time, expecting the same great experience I had during my first visit. Unfortunately, today’s visit was extremely disappointing. When my friend and I arrived, we ordered suya. The bartender was clearly busy, and what I believe was the manager, based on hearing others address him, brought out the order. His attitude was unprofessional from the start. When I tried to let him know the suya was ours, he gave me a dismissive look, as though I was asking for something I hadn’t paid for. He then handed the order to the already overwhelmed bartender, responding rudely to her as well. Witnessing a manager speak to staff that way in front of customers is unacceptable, but the way he treated us made the experience even worse. It was disrespectful, uncomfortable, and entirely unnecessary. On top of that, the suya itself was poor quality, overly oily, lacking flavor, and nowhere near the standard I previously enjoyed. I have photos to support this. Overall, this visit was horrible. The combination of disrespectful service, unprofessional behavior, and low-quality food has completely changed my perception of this place. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
