The order took far longer than the estimated time, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was barely warm and looked like it had been thrown together in a rush and it looked like the pizza was from yesterday the flavor was disgusting the sauce taste rotten. The crust was chewy instead of crisp, the toppings were sparse, and the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. To make matters worse, the customer service didn’t help much—when I called to ask about the delay, I was put on hold for several minutes and given a very vague response. For the price, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t live up to what I thought Pizza Hut stood for. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.
