I ordered one of my favorite soups, French onion, Which I have ordered multiple times from this exact location. Today, I don’t know What y’all got going on but this is not how French onion soup looks. Y’all used shredded mozzarella and it’s not even melted. This is onion soup with mozzarella in it. I’m very disappointed in you please get it together back there.

My visit to the Panera Bread on Baltimore Ave in Laurel was met with long lines as usual, and the experience was disappointing. I’m not sure if the location is short-staffed or if the employees just lack a sense of urgency, but the service was slow and unorganized. After all that waiting, the tea wasn’t even that great.
