Today’s issue took the cake as the manager whom I spoke with was completely oblivious to the fact that toys could be bought separately. Upon speaking to several employees, and herself I am baffled that with me even showing the policy on how toys don’t have to be purchased with a Happy Meal, it took her calling her DM to honor the McDonald’s policy. This incident truly shows that they are down in sales and look to compensate every penny they can even if it goes against McDonald’s policy. This has become a horrible location. Prior to this incident they asked several customers including myself to drive curbside all to be served cold food, which then escalated to an even longer wait as we all took our items in for a remake.
