They put 4 pumps of mocha into a cold cup and some milk then stirred then Ice. I asked if there was any coffee added They said yes. I asked more specifically was there any shots of espresso added to the latte (which I ordered to be a hot drink BTW) she had to turn around and ask another worker how many shots she put in the drink she just made. She just made it herself and she doesn't know how many shots she's lying about putting into my cup. Just say it was only syrup. DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR FOOD! I left without the rest of my order because I don't trust people when they lie. Never going back there. Trust broken.

Like I get that you may be tired but at least seem a bit engaged in the conversation. The bathroom on the other hand, doesn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. The staff looked at me weirdly like I had stole something. All I wanted, was just to be attended nicely, without having to feel uncomfortable.
