I lost points because of their system errorand instead of honoring the points I rightfully earned they dismissed my issue entirely. The employee even called her manager, Cindy who flat out said it wasn’t true and then told her (in Spanish) to show my face on FaceTime, as if that had anything to do with resolving the problem. Completely unacceptable customer service.
