I brought this to the attention of a young employee. She was polite and said she would inform a manager, which I appreciated. However, seeing a mouse in the food preparation area is very unsanitary and concerning. Mice can carry disease, and this poses a potential health risk to customers. I believe this situation needs to be addressed immediately, with proper cleaning and pest control, to ensure the safety of customers and staff. This location seriously needs better sanitation and pest control. I hope management addresses this quickly because this is not acceptable for a place serving food!!!
