Unfortunately, the pizza didn’t arrive until 3:30 PM — nearly 2 hours later. That kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially when there were no updates or clear communication about the status of the order. I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but my calls were never properly answered. They would pick up the phone and immediately hang up, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the pizza arrived cold and the cheese was already hard, which made it obvious it had been sitting for a long time before delivery. It definitely did not taste fresh, and the overall quality was very disappointing. I understand that delays can happen, but this was far beyond reasonable, and the lack of communication and quality control made the experience even worse. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this store again.
