My Order #464 The service I received from an employee named Maria was extremely poor. I politely asked her to place a sauce in a separate bag. Instead of responding professionally, she became visibly irritated and aggressively tossed the sauce into another bag. The reaction was unnecessary and completely unprofessional for such a simple request. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable, and I felt disrespected as a customer. I spoke with the manager on duty, who confirmed her name after I asked. Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and this interaction fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t have to experience the same treatment.
