  Offered a good special, so I tried them. 2 small cheesecakes for $12. Added a strawberry watermelon lemonade. When I arrived for pickup I noticed the worker putting strawberry only in my lemonade. I reminded her I ordered strawberry watermelon, she replied “ I know what I’m doing”. While I watched the strawberry watermelon syrup go unused. I asked her why she’s not using the one labeled strawberry watermelon, she stated she know what the label says and why, it’s the same thing. I bring the lemonade home of course it’s NOT strawberry watermelon just strawberry. Not sure how you could mess this up especially when I reminded her twice. She was so busy being rude telling me, she knows what she’s doing and if you were out of strawberry watermelon, I should’ve been advised. The cheesesteaks were bland, zero seasoning and very little meat. Last time I tried Charley’s there was a hair now this time bad service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

  Every now and then, I usually grab a cheesesteak and sometimes chicken from one of the cheesesteak spots. Today, I decided to try something different and ordered chicken wings with fries. Unfortunately, both were underwhelming, especially the fries, which lacked flavor. I had high hopes, but after trying a small portion, I ended up throwing most of it away. On the positive side, the place has a cool vibe, and the customer service was courteous and friendly.

  We love ordering from the Glen Burnie location as that is the closest to us. The subs are a decent size and they don't skimp on the toppings. They may be a little pricier than other places but they are well worth it.
