  This was my first time going to CAVA. We usually cater this restaurant for work functions so I decided today to go in and pick up a meal For myself. When I got home, my son took a bite of my food. Loved it, and I ended up coming back for a second time. Thank you, Allen and Nori for making my first in-store visit a pleasant one.

  Every time I come to this cava they never have stocked knives, for carry out or dine in. I Dont understand why they cant stock knives like every other cava. People that work here lazy clearly they dont even clean the cups they put forks in disgusting

  Cava laurel lakes is one hidden Gem in the DMV area, amazing food quality atmosphere very friendly staff, special shout out to Victor He is one of the mangers at this location and he gave me a great experience definitely will be here 3 times a week. They need to keep spreading the love and hospitality in this community 10/10

  CAVA Laurel Lakes never misses. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, and the customer service truly stands out. The employees are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes every visit enjoyable. The establishment is also consistently clean and well maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. This location sets a high standard and is definitely a go-to spot for great food and great service.

  I always order from here online, and they’re always nice workers but today this was not the case, I ordered as I usually do online , and this time when picking up my order they just handed me items with no bag or any utensils… again I’ve always ordered from here and this has never happened before, so I told them why they handing me food like that and where’s my bag and utensils because I usually ordered to go, not to eat there since I gotta head back to my job before my break ends. But they were rude about it and said that I didn’t order utensils or bag. Like what? I simply ordered food and this isn’t my first time so I really don’t get why they didn’t provide me utensils, because how else am I gonna eat , I’m ordering from here because I gotta go back to work and it’s quick and healthy so where else am I supposed to get utensils if not from the restaurant I’m ordering from? Plus they could’ve just handed me bag and utensils , I don’t know why they got so mad about it. This was a bad experience and I’m truly saddened I won’t be able to come back here.
