  My two daughters and I dined in Largo’s Outback restaurant on 5/7/26 for dinner. Our steak meals were perfectly prepared. Our waitress was timely with food delivery and checked with us several times adding a feel of personal attention. We had an opportunity to chat and welcome Marcus Jones, manager to our favorite location.

  Enough!! After several hit and miss. I gave curbside Outback in Largo another try.. My medium wings look like they were cooked in grease that needed to be changed. Didn’t look fresh at all. Chicken Caesar salad was okay but could have added more chicken. I’m convinced that the food is always better when you dine in. For me, today, wasn’t a dine in kinda day. Had I known I was going to to be disappointed, I would have ordered my food and set at the bar. Please do better with curbside. Food is wayyyuyy too expensive. And gas is wayyyyy too high.

  I had Alice Springs Chicken with Caesar salad, my sister had grilled chicken with baked potato and their brown bread. All excellent and the service was incredible the waitress was so nice. I was amazed at how fast the food came. My sister had half of her chicken left so we took the brown bread and sliced the bread like a sub and took it back to the hotel and kept in fridge. The next day we put the chicken between the bread and microwaved for 25 seconds and it was so good. They should make a sandwich like that at the restaurant it was really good and it was plain with no sauces, imagine what it would taste like if it had extras on there.

  We arrived at 7:25 and were told we would have a 25 minute wait to be seated and they would be closing at 9pm so we opted to do carry out taking into consideration that we would be seated at 8pm and by the time the orders would arrive at the table would be about 8:30 ( not realizing at the time the service at this location was double of other locations). We immediately went to carry out keep in mind this is Sunday and I had my niece and great nieces with me this being their first time at this location they normally frequent another location in Southern Maryland with memorable and great experience and this turned into a nightmare. We waited from that time to 9:10 which is past closing I personally went back into the carry out counter three(3) times and the gentleman advised me that our food was not ready and they were getting ready to bad it up and was told to go back to the car and he would bring it out. Unfortunately I sat and watched at least 15 customers pull up and get their orders so when I noticed the runners bringing out orders and not ours I decided to go back and attempt to again get our orders and again suggested we get a refund which I had casually suggested a couple of times. No one was there to greet the customers at this point and from time to time a worker would ask what had been ordered the receipts three (3) to be exact were right there on the counter 1 for $8.17, 2 which was our order was for over $51.67 and the tip was $10 lastly the last order was for $17.67 at this point the cashier comes out I asked for a refund because of the long wait and he said they were waiting on of all things french fries and Mac and cheese and offered complementary drinks and said he wasn’t at the counter because he was helping cook again I asked about a cancellation of the order and he went back to the kitchen about 5 minutes later another worker comes out to say the order wasn’t ready and they were extremely busy. The order finally arrived at 9:10 and I decided to check it and it still wasn’t completed the young man goes back and comes back with the rest of the order and a young lady comes out and gives us a large order of complementary fries. Just for your information a lady was there and they didn’t have the item she was waiting for which was shrimps so she was offered a complimentary meal of wings and a free shrimp meal whenever she wanted. Why were we not offered the same option is beyond me I would not frequent this location or suggest it to anyone.

  Hello to whom this maybe be helpful for, this location has terrible customer service my family and I had an over hour wait for our food which was still incomplete. The workers were unsanitary and smelt of cannabis. We asked for a refund three times and were ignored. The management was unprofessional and unhelpful in efforts to alleviate the multiple problems we had. We didn’t receive food until after 9pm which is when they close on Sunday’s. Therefore this should be enough of a sign to avoid at all cost. Terrible is honestly an understatement for what I seen tonight.
