  I group of friends and I went to celebrate the life of a friend that recently past. I arrived 30 mins late and most were still waiting to receive their food. Some drinks had not been received. Some main courses came out before the appetizers. Hot tea without sugar, honey or lemon. Salads without salad dressing. After listening to the stories, I simply ordered the blossoming onion and a drink. The worse part... the waiter delivered a bar drink without the little straw. Ten mins or so later he literally dropped 2 straws into the drink with his bare hands. Everyone knows those straws are picked up/ touched with bare hands, but you do not expect the waiter to hold the straws from the top where you are going to put your mouth and plop them into your drink. The waiter had 3 or 4 tables, but seems really flustered. Come to find out it was his first time waiting tables. More or refined training is definitely needed.

  Wow what a joke. No soda,cold air blowing and a 20 min wait for some A1 sauce.

  Never ever come to this Outback, the service is terrible they mess up your orders and when you ask for the manager she never comes. It’s a terrible place of business I 100% don’t recommend anyone spend their hard earned money at this establishment. The Outback in largo Maryland

  Went to this location in Largo, Maryland on December 12 and had a horrible experience. The napkins smelled like old mildew my entire table, and the other surrounding tables all had napkins that were not washed properly. Management did not even acknowledge any other table after the tables did express their disgust with the napkins ….. Our server was unfamiliar with the menu and told us they did not provide certain things that we normally order on any other day. Our drinks took entirely too long to come out we decided to remove them from the bill because they were taking over 20 minutes to get to us. Several cars were broken into outside of the restaurant and while this is not a direct issue from the establishment, there should be hired security so that people can feel safe going into this location… more light etc Corporate should be made aware of this so it can be dealt with. It’s a shame that this location is so continuously dissatisfying.

  The male bartender(he wouldn’t tell me his name) that was there on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 needs to be fired. His service was horrible drinks were terrible, he purposely left my food in the back and brought out food that was ordered after mine. To top things off my guest asked for ranch and he gave us a ranch that he had already given to someone else instead of going to the back to get a new one completely unsanitary and unacceptable.
