Waited 10 minutes for my food from the time I order it. When I got my sandwich the bread was stale and hard. I pitched that and ate the chicken by hand. And this is all after I got out of the drive-thru because it was clearly not moving in a Chick-fil-A level of efficiency. They seriously need to lose their license or be put through strenuous retraining of Chick-fil-A expectations.
