    I just now got a breakfast sandwich here.. and this is how they handed it to me. Unreal. Customer service out here is getting worse by the day. Yall need to tighten up and put some pride and care in your work. This is embarrassing. Half of a croissant cold cheese. Room temp sausage and egg. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Sorry for the terrible review but I’m on the go starving and this just messed me up 🥴

    This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks my sandwich was burnt and made poorly. Total waste of my money!

    There was no soap in the bathroom and one of rue employees had just come out of the bathroom and clearly she hadn’t used soap to wash her hands. When I told them there was no soap they just said …”oh yeah. It got over.” No one made any attempt to fill soap in the bathroom.

    This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order of 2 donuts and a large latte. I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and when they did my simple order wasn't ready after it said it was. There was at least 6 people behind the counter and no one bothered to ask me anything. To top it all off the drink wasn't even made correctly. I think it's all family working in there and i don't feel they know how to make the orders correctly. I will not be returning here and I suggest you to find a different place if possible.

    It was closed and only drive through at 6pm, the manager said they close doors at 6pm when it says on google maps they close at 8pm.
