I requested a replacement and, during the process, a staff member loudly called out for regular sauce. I corrected her and clarified that I wanted light sauce. The replacement pizza was made with heavy sauce. When I explained the issue, the employee refused to remake the pizza according to my original order. Throughout the interaction, this particular staff member was unprofessional and disrespectful.
