  First and foremost, the store was clean and well stocked. It's been a while since I shopped at this particular Giant, but since my neighborhood Shoppers closed several months ago I decided to make a few purchases here on my way home for work.. I just wanted to express how satisfied I was with the customer service. An employee in produce, unfortunately I didn't get his name, was extremely helpful with questions I had about several items. Also, my check out process was seamless and very professional. My cashier, Tanita, I asked her for her name, was very courteous, positive, and professional. In a day when A1 customer service is hard to come by, I was pleasantly surprised by my shopping experience at Giant. I will be back and I encourage you to spend your hard earned dollars there as well 💯

  I am writing to report an unprofessional interaction I experienced at your Giant location. The store was clean and well organized but the self-checkout employee, whose name tag read Da Mon, was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Based on how I was treated compared to other customers, I felt I was being treated differently because I am Hispanic. This was upsetting and not acceptable. I hope this issue is addressed so that all customers are treated with respect.

  Fui a hacer una recolecta de Uber a este lugar y los problemas fueron los siguientes: 1. Los estacionamientos que supuestamente eran para los drivers que llegan a traer delivery’s estaban ocupados. Me tuve que estacionar enfrente de los autos parqueados y llamar al número que decía ahí (ya que así eran las instrucciones de la aplicación) 2. Llame al número correspondiente y me contestó una persona muy pésima y le dije que estaba estacionada en el lugar (di detalles) y no terminé de decirle me colgó. Estuve al rededor de 20 min intentando comunicarme de nuevo y ignoraron mis llamadas en todas las ocasiones siguientes. Tuve que cancelar la orden (esto afecta en mi récord) en lo personal prefiero no tomar ninguna orden de este establecimiento. Esto pasó hace 3 semanas atrás aproximadamente
