DO NOT GO!!! HORRIBLE!!!. They got my order wrong multiple times, had to go back to the store multiple times. Paid for all flats online, then I got my food. When I checked inside there was 9 drums one flat. Only then, is when they told me that they were low. They told me to wait 10 minutes for some, i waited then they said they were out. I got home and they forgot to put my fries. I went back and Cashiers were goofing around not focused on the customers. The lady up front seemed uninterested. She obviously seen that I was back for some reason but did not acknowledge me. Another customer was complaining about them not receiving her drink. I got home and the food was just ok.The whole process was HORRIBLE. The experience was so bad corporate got involved. The owner reached out to me(Mr.Derrick) claiming that he would make it up and I would be able to pick up another meal. Had his personal number and this man is giving the run around. He has told me to go to the store but canceled 4 times. The last time I reached out he didn't respond. Mind you this happened May of 25!!!
Horrible franchise owner and Horrible establishment. SHAMEFUL

Overall the owner is very nice and very accommodating and the staff is very knowledgeable and very kind I think they do well for the franchise I did have one problem at one point but I haven't had a problem since so I'm not even going to mention details on that just know that if there is a problem just call the store and they will fix it.

I placed my order online but once the order was passed over there were no more chocolate milkshakes to prepare. Derrick was great to get in contact personally and make sure my order was satisfied on sight. I greatly appreciated his customer service. He and his wife provided great service and an excellent meal. I will be back ....frequently! Thanks Good Folks!!

I came here on February 23 and the service was incredible the franchise owner derrick was very helpful he reminded us to check are food and made sure are food was correct he respectfully addressed a misread order with his employees and was a very kind individual all around the food came quick and the restaurant was spotless i will be visiting this location again

Lay is the best! She is very knowledgeable and very good customer service! However, upon opening my food my sandwich had bacon all over it and I Do Not eat Bacon!!!!!
Neither did I ask for bacon. I had to pick out all the bacon as I was at the salon getting my hair done after work at the time. 😒😮💨 Very disappointing 😞 Also, I called back to the store and no one answered my call for me to inform them of the mishap. My call was previously answered before I visited the same day moments later to order, because they don't allow you to call ahead with an order.
