I have waited up to 35 minutes for an order, and the staff at the window are rude and completely dismissive. When you try to ask a simple question, they ignore you as if you do not exist. I understand the job is stressful, but it takes no effort to say an order is not ready. Leaving people waiting without any explanation is extremely frustrating and disrespectful. Very disappointing.
