  Stopped by this Pizza Hut for a quick pickup and it was a smooth experience. Order was ready on time, everything looked fresh, and they got my customization right with no issues. Staff were cool and the place was clean. Just an easy, reliable spot when you need something quick.

  Stopped by this Pizza Hut the other day and honestly had a good experience. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and my order came out pretty quick. Pizza was hot, fresh, and actually had a good amount of toppings not skimpy like some spots. Wings were solid too. Nothing crazy fancy, just good comfort food done right. I’d come back when I’m craving something easy and reliable.

  I ordered from Pizza Hut on Annapolis Road recently and was genuinely impressed! The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and flavorful. The delivery was fast and the order was correct which made dinner night super easy. I also enjoyed the wings made to perfection. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for pizza delivery or takeout in Landover when you want something satisfying without breaking your wallet.

  Stopped by Pizza Hut for a family meal and it did not disappoint! The pizza was fresh and the kids loved it. Service was quick and the staff was very kind. Such an easy go-to on busy days!

  This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. We placed an order at 6:00 PM for two extra-large pizzas, two large pizzas, cheese sticks, and boneless wings, and our order was not delivered until 9:04 PM — over three hours later. During that time, we called several times to check the status of our order and were repeatedly told they were waiting for someone to deliver it. When the food finally arrived, everything was completely cold, which is unacceptable after such a long wait. When I called the store to address the issue, I was placed on hold for 34 minutes. My son also called and was hung up on. When I tried calling from another phone, I was routed to the call center and told the store was busy and forwarding calls. Unfortunately, the representative at the call center was absolutely no help and offered no resolution. Yes, it was Super Bowl Sunday, and businesses expect to be busy. However, that is not an excuse for extremely delayed, cold food, poor communication, and lack of customer support. If the store could not handle deliveries, customers should have been informed that it was pickup only. I am extremely dissatisfied with both this location and Pizza Hut’s call center service. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. Our order was $63.00
