- KKKP2 days ago1.0If I could give no stars for service I would, it was a total of 4 employees and 1 was doing smoothies which caused me to wait over 5 mins to take my order. I simply walked out, I didn't even get my order. 11:30AM TODAY, hire more people or find ones that AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMERS.

My girlfriend ordered our two smoothies, they were made, she went to the car and realized one of them was wrong. She went back into the store to have it corrected and they gave her a drink carrier to put both drinks in. As she was walking to leave one of the drinks slipped out of the carrier and spilled all over. One of the workers reprimanded the other saying the carriers needed to be doubled. They remade the smoothie and doubled the carrier and my girlfriend left. As she was walking through out front door at home the carriers gave way and both smoothies spilled all over the floor and walls. Disappointing to say the least. But I guess what was even more disappointing was when I decided to call the store to give them feedback the manager was dismissive. It seems the customer service is very poor and it didn’t used to be like this. I’ve read some other reviews that complain of the lack of customer service after a change in store ownership. Because of our experience today we will not be back to this location.
