  One my all time favorite chains, now close to home. I had high expectations, and they were met. Friendly staff (and more patient than I might have been with several customers) and killer food. The location could have been better, yes, but if people follow the flow, things move quickly. I can't wait to go again and support this location.

  We’ve loved Checkers in every other town we’ve been to, so we were very much looking forward to having one in our neighborhood ever since they announced it. Yesterday we went in the early evening for the first time, and I’m sorry to say it was not a good experience in any capacity. The food was nothing like the quality we’ve had in all the others throughout the country. The driver in front of us was mocked openly by the drive thru attendant via speaker. (I lived in NYC, I can deal with attitude but there’s a line you have to draw) When it came to our turn, apparently ordering a cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles was extremely annoying to them, and he got very rude about it. (The employees were speaking another language, speaking to each other at the window- not realizing that *some* of us understand enough of that language to know they’re saying rude things, and we’re not all inbred hillbillies) The app doesn’t work for pre-ordering (yet), half the deals they have on said app they told us they couldn’t give us, I could go on… but that’s the general idea. The good news is, we don’t have to worry about wasting the money or excess calories because just no. FYI— I hate Karens, I rarely complain or leave bad reviews, unless they are blatantly horrible. It takes a LOT for me to do this. This is one of those rarities.

  Says they don't close till 2am but at 12am they no longer want to put effort into making food, so they turn customer down with any excuse they can. I'm from Michigan where we have always had lots of checkers but I have never in my life been to a more disrespectful one. They didn't want to make a number ten at 12pm and lied saying it was because of swearing when no one swore once. It was a young girl than an Indian. The man got super disrespectful, he had offered a different option, said it wasn't what I wanted but sure than because of that he said "nevermind we won't serve you get out of our line". If you can image me living states way I've been to lost of places but by far this has to be the worst. I highly highly highly suggest no one go hear no matter how hungry you are. Like just go to McDonald's at least they have respect for people.

  I had the Banana milkshake and number one without the bun. Everything was delicious! The banana milkshake reminded me of banana pudding (in the best way). This was my first time at Checkers, and I look forward to returning. The service was wonderful and quite homey, even in the drive-through.
