- LHLenora Hall5 days ago1.0Worst service ever on 4/7/26 Drury Road laplata maryland. We entered the store and there was some kind of leak on the floor the cashier acknowledged us. One African American girl cleaning the floor, the other African American girl was in the back on her cell phone, never acknowledged us, continued to talk on the phone. After about 10 minutes she sauntered out along with the girl who was mopping the floor. We had to ask them to wash their hands. Then they started preparing our order and opted to prepare everyone else's order prior to ours, I guess because we asked them to wash their hands. Everyone else was served and we were the last in the store even though we arrived first. When we questioned why we were last, the taller A.A. girl had and attitude and said "I just pulled the tickets off in any order," we frequent tropical smoothie alot; however you won't have to worry about us stopping at this location again. I dont tolerate rude behaviors especially when our purchase is what helps them get a pay check. Maybe have them train at Chic Fila to understand customer service better.
