For some reason they've stopped flamegrilling their burgers?? I remember when the Queen used to flamegrill them, been a long time since I've been to a DQ, remember the tender basket being much better, the chicken was about the only thing edible even though the tenders could be argued as being nugget size lol. My brother said the burger tasted like it must've been racoon meat... Just not at all like what the pictures showed. The toast in my tender basket was horrible, not even toasted, just lukewarm 'toast' with fake toast look to it. Our sodas tasted very very off, like they looked fine coming out of the fountain, but then we both took drinks of our sodas which were Dr. Pepper, and Sprite and we both looked at eachother like we knew, something was way off with those sodas. I guess just treat DQs as soley ice cream place now, if you even wanna call that 'ice cream' ... So when we went in that was a 4.2 DQ... I don't think such a thing should exist as a 4.2 DQ, certainly not that one thats for sure. Bathroom floors felt sticky and disgusting and the trashcan was overflowing.

I’m giving this location 1 star because of how they handle closing time. One time I went about 20 minutes before closing, and although it was frustrating, I could at least understand that they might have been shutting things down already. However, today I went a full hour before the posted closing time, and the experience was even worse.
There were three employees inside the store, and they clearly saw us, but they kept looking the other way and ignored us instead of helping or even acknowledging us. It felt like they were purposely avoiding us so they wouldn’t have to serve customers.
If you want to run a successful business, you should either close at the correct time or make sure your employees actually serve customers until the posted closing time. Ignoring paying customers an hour before closing is really unprofessional.

I've come to this Dairy Queen on several occasions with a simple request to not put a spoon in my blizzard just to receive the complete opposite of my request. I'm not sure if it's incompetence, lack of attention span, or what, but there definitely needs to be some sort of training. I understand the premise of the spoon and turning the blizzard upside down for the soft serve because I also used to manage a dairy Queen. With that being said, I know the spoons aren't always cleaned and are just picked up out of a box, which is why I request that a spoon does not go into my ice cream. It's unfortunate that this is the closest dairy Queen in the Waldorf area, but apparently I'm going to have to start making them redo my order following my request the second time in which money will now be wasted by the establishment because they can't pay attention to the first request.
The ice cream itself isn't bad. They are a bit selfish with the chocolate sauce. However, the rest of my request was met. They could be a great establishment if they could just pay attention.
