  I had placed a breakfast mobile order around 10 on a Friday. Went to the restaurant to get my order and realized I had forgot my phone for their system to know I was nearby so they could prep the food. They were busy but I wasn’t rushed so by the time I got to talk to someone about possibly pulling up my order, they needed an order number which I didn’t remember. I told the manager my order, her name is Angela, and she asked the kitchen to make my order as I went to get my phone. I got my phone and pressed “I’m already here” in hopes to secure the order as it was 10:35. I was disappointed when the app said my order was cancelled. I drove back to the restaurant expecting to have to get lunch but they had my order all ready for me and I had to pay at the restaurant. Actually made my day that I was still able to get breakfast at 10:45 on a weekday. Props to the management here. Thank you so much

  Literally no bun on the sandwich we got so that sucks.. how do you forget the bottom bun?!😂🤨

  ordered over $30 worth of food after waiting for awhile in line got to pickup and was given food asked to make sure everything there was told yes twice. got home and missing food. this is not 1st time.

  26 FEB.2026 Service was good. My sandwich was fine and my chicken tenders were dry and more than the 4 pieces I ordered. I usually check my food before I leave(ALWAYS), this time I didn’t and was already on the road. I stopped at another McD’s and let them know my situation they were so very accommodating. Thank you McD’s in Frederick (by Army base)

  Gonna have to give you guys 1 star until you quit losing your minds, stop having people pay and then pull up so you can give the person who was behind you their food first, there hasn't been anything priced fairly or any good deals in months, and the fast food isn't fast anymore
