    Empty drive through but a 10 minute wait for food that was cold, stale and disgusting. The fries were soggy and cold, the buns on the burgers were literally crunchy. The only edible part of the meal was the Diet Coke. The Frederick county health department needs to inspect this dump asap.

    Drive thru was busy, when I left I was like wow that was quick for how busy it was! didnt have to wait like I expected would happen....fast foward til I get home and I open my 4 piece nugget I ordered with the mcdouble meal deal, and it was a box of sauce( appeared to be big Mac sauce) Whatever, I wasnt going back out for 4 nuggets, but wanted to call to let them know. I GOT HUNG UP ON TWICE, 3rd time I called and asked for the manager, then out of no where the guy started saying he couldnt hear me after I even heard him go "ughhh" so obviously he did, and said for me to call back in the morning. My guess is it was his sauce and he accidently packed it in my bag, and again, it happens, they were busy, but the phone call and hanging up on me instead of apologizing, pushing it off like he couldnt hear me was so UNPROFESSIONAL even for fast food.
