This evening was my last straw. I ordered via DoorDash, and when I received my food, I discovered that the baked potato I ordered was just FRENCH FRIES in the container. French fries instead of a baked potato?! That is absolutely ridiculous. The cinnabon I ordered was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. They also forgot my extra frosting, which I paid extra for. It is absolutely unacceptable how bad this location is. I won’t order from them again.

I went inside to order (because the drive thru is terrible), I stood in front of the cash register for a LONG TIME while being ignored by employees. Finally the manager came over to take my order, the food was cold and over cooked at the same time. Stale fries, old chicken nuggets like the whole thing was just bad
