Yall gotta work on giving a good service or at least give the order right

Not even filled either Also each time I go to the drive thru, they dont even ask what i want to order or how they may help. You pull up to the intercom and theyre silent and you say hello and theyre like "yeah?" Like come on.. really unprofessional. That's not how your suppose to take someones order. This is literally everytime I go there.

Today they forgot my nuggets and sent me cookies instead. Uber help was useless so I had to call them and show up with my receipt to get my nuggets. The manager was very professional. They gave me my 10 nuggets and even some hot fries. I should've paid for another iced tea lemonade since I appreciated the good service.
