I waited at the register for more than three minutes while he looked directly at me and chose not to assist me. However, as soon as two white customers walked in, he immediately approached them and offered help, serving them before me, even though I had been waiting. When I asked why I was being ignored, he told me my order “was not ready,” despite the fact that I could clearly see my order sitting right in front of me. This experience was unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and treated unfairly. I would not recommend coming here if you expect to be treated equally and with basic courtesy.
