I was unpleasantly surprised 😮 😲 to see the cook using his bare hands to put toppings on other customers' pizzas not realizing that he may have prepared mine the same way. This is completely unsanitary and against food practices to prepare and serve the publics food without gloves. The customer service was welcoming and pleasant, but the fact that none of the kitchen personnel handling food were wearing proper gloves is unexceptable. They're hand tossed crust is dry and flat too.

However, as soon as two white customers walked in, he immediately approached them and offered help, serving them before me, even though I had been waiting. When I asked why I was being ignored, he told me my order “was not ready,” despite the fact that I could clearly see my order sitting right in front of me. This experience was unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and treated unfairly. I would not recommend coming here if you expect to be treated equally and with basic courtesy.
