It is so crazy to think that just yesterday I was telling a random stranger to come here because I’ve had such a nice experience, but now today that has entirely changed because of the rude, stingy, and plain nonsensical interaction I was forced to have. I was given bone-in wings when I ordered boneless wings. A simple mistake, one would assume a simple remedy. No such luck here!! After driving back to the location and making them aware of the mistake, (instead of apologizing and then correcting it) I was questioned and told that I ordered it that way. (Didn’t). Let’s pretend I did accidentally order bone in instead of boneless, One would still assume the solution would be to remake it the way the customer wants it! Not for Napur! It is more important to her to scrape every cent and be “right” than to give the customer a good experience. My addiction to the honey barbecue sauce is the only reason that I will be coming back and if I see her there, I will happily walk right out, CHICKENLESS.
