  Nice food with great taste and quality. I had to wait a few minutes at the store for my online order, however the staff member was very friendly and did his best to serve me as quickly as possible.

  I went there tonight and the smell in the store was unbelievable like something died .I refuse to buy my two pizzas and chicken .Then A then A workers filler me outside saying I don’t have money anyway smh .I had to go to another dominos in Potomac.I will call coperate to they need to send somebody to see what died .

  I have been going to this Domino’s on Nicholson Lane for nearly four years, and up until now they usually got things right. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so frustrating and embarrassing that I will never return. First, I tried ordering online through their website. My debit card was repeatedly declined by their system, which made no sense. Thinking something might actually be wrong with my card, I walked over to Wendy’s nearby while I was starving. My debit card worked instantly there with no issue at all. So clearly the problem was Domino’s system. After that I decided to just walk into the store and order in person. I was literally the first customer inside. The employee at the counter asked if I ordered online. I explained that I tried but the website kept declining my card and I needed to order at the register. He said “wait one moment”… and then simply walked away from the counter. And then I stood there. Two other customers walked in after me, and instead of helping the person who had already been waiting, the employee immediately took their orders and completely ignored me standing at the counter. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing. I cannot describe how embarrassing that felt. Standing there like an idiot while the employee acted like I didn’t even exist. After waiting and realizing I was clearly not going to be helped, I just walked out. In four years of coming here, I’ve never experienced service this dismissive and disrespectful. A simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” or actually helping the customer who was already waiting would have solved the situation. Instead, I left hungry and frustrated. Needless to say, I will never return to this Domino’s again, and I strongly recommend management take a serious look at how customers are treated at the counter.

  I ate at the restaurant with my children and my husband, and I loved the pizza. It's the best Domino's pizza I've ever had. I don't understand the bad reviews.
