I said sure thinking nothing of it. Then the proceeded to charge me $.50 for a few pennies worth of whip cream without telling me there is a upcharge. This may seem like a completely trivial thing to complain about but when you put it in the perspective that I get about 100 iced coffees a year this ends up being $50 in a year for whip cream. That is an utter scam. When you get a 6 or 7 dollar drink whip cream should be included and if there is an extra charge the counter associated should say, "for an extra charge." It's a sad state of affairs when a coffee company has to use deceptive business practices to upsell you.
