- KPKelly Prudencio5 days ago1.0I accidentally place an order for 3 drinks. I called the store to let them know not to make the order but no answered. Once I got there an older women that was the cashier told me since I placed it online I need to reach out to customer service via app. Which I did before coming to the store and while I was at the store. Unfortunately the app to live chat was down. I let her know that and that I also called but no one answered. She told me they couldn’t give a refund because the drink was already made & they couldn’t take it back. Understandable, but she wasn’t helpful with trying to resolve my issue. It seemed she tried to dismiss me, so that she can help the other customers. Again, I get it but she didn’t even try fixing a customer with their issue by providing suggestions to call customer service. She made it seem like I had no choice. I just ended up leaving and calling customer service instead. The rep who helped me over the phone was really helpful & detailed. Dunkin Donits in Jessup MD needs to do better. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience.

- LILexus INov 30, 20251.0Went in on a Sunday morning and ended up walking back out waiting in line for 10 minutes. There was no acknowledgement and no one in the register to take orders. A lady was busy making drinks so if she's the only one working youll just have to wait because she's the only one there but then an older Indian lady which Im assuming is the supervisor/manager walks out after 10 minutes from the back room, looks around and goes back in then a few minutes later and older Indian guy which Im assuming is another supervisor/manager walks out looking grumpy then comes up to the register not saying a word deal with the one customer that was in front of me. I guess they were the supervisor or manager so they were going to have the only worker there (the black lady that was making the drinks) WORK....
