- JFJohn FaulknerJun 1, 20241.0My wife and I visited Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins last evening to take advantage of their 31% off scoops on the 31st of the Month deal which only occurs 7 months out of the year. When I went to pay for the 4 scoops the employee didn't know anything about the deal even though it was posted in 2 places on the ice cream counter. So instead of giving me the 31% off, he gave me the 5% Senior Citizen discount instead because he couldn't figure out how to calculate it himself. Please see the attached photo in this review of my actual receipt. It should have been calculated this way: $12.38 - 4 scoops of ice cream - 3.84 - 31% discount $ 8.54 - subtotal $ .51 - 6% sales tax $ 9.05 - total sale We were charged $12.47 and overpaid by $3.42!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
